Lake Čambina

Lake Čambina is located in Prekodravlje, in its easternmost part. It is surrounded by the left bank of the Drava River and the state border with Hungary. The lake is connected to the Drava river by a connecting canal, but also the eastern and western parts of the lake. The shape of the lake looks like a horseshoe whose ends face the left bank of the Drava River. It covers an area of ​​about 50 hectares.

The interesting thing is the relatively small depth of the lake, which ranges from half to three meters with a thick layer of mud and lush aquatic vegetation. The lake is dominated by the hunting lodge of the same name, which has a capacity of six rooms and a total of 16 beds, as well as a spacious meeting room and a comfortable living room.
