Opg Knez - Homemade Liqueur and Honey

Our farm is primarily engaged in beekeeping, honey production, and honey products. We are constantly moving our apiary and grazing is done in various areas of our beautiful country, with a focus on Koprivnica-Križevci County, Lonjsko polje, Petrinja, and the island of Krk.

We also add fruits from our orchard to the basic types of honey, and the result is products; honey with hazelnuts, honey with walnuts, honey with figs, and cream honey with cinnamon. OPG Knez produces brandies and fruit liqueurs; Medica, Sage liqueur, Hazelnut liqueur, Walnut liqueur (walnut), Cherry liqueur, Biska (mistletoe brandy). All our products do not contain sugar as an additive. As a sweetener, add honey as needed. Each type of liqueur requires a certain type and amount of honey. We started producing fruit jams that we find in our orchard. All jams are preservative-free, sugar-free, with the addition of honey and spices. The jams are made in the traditional and old-fashioned way according to my grandmother's recipe.
